TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASE

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any tickets through this platform. By purchasing a ticket, you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between you and Conciertos Latinos USA (hereinafter referred to as "Producer") and your use of the ticketing platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").
1. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms governing the purchase, use, and validity of tickets for events organized by Producer through the Platform.

- Producer: The entity organizing the event and responsible for ticket sales.
- Customer: The individual purchasing a ticket through the Platform.
- Ticket: The digital or physical document granting access to an event.
- Event: The activity, concert, or performance organized by the Producer for which tickets are sold.
- Platform: The online system through which tickets are sold.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the Platform and purchasing a ticket, Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- The Platform allows Customers to purchase tickets for events organized by the Producer.
- Detailed information about the event, including date, time, venue, ticket price, and any other relevant details, will be provided before purchase.
- Entry to the event is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket, either in digital or printed form, as required by the Producer.
5. PURCHASE PROCESS AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Process: Customers must follow the purchase process outlined on the Platform, ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Payment Methods: The Platform offers various payment methods. A purchase is deemed complete when full payment is received and confirmed.
- Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful purchase. If no confirmation is received, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the Producer.
- Verification: Producer reserves the right to cancel any transaction in case of fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or irregularities in the purchase process.
6. PRICING AND FEES
- Ticket prices are displayed in United States dollars and include/exclude applicable taxes, as specified.
- Producer reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time. However, price modifications will not affect purchases already completed and confirmed.
- Additional fees, including service charges or processing fees, may apply and will be disclosed before purchase.
7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
- Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific event policy.
- Event Cancellation: In the event of a full cancellation by the Producer, Customers will be notified as soon as possible, and refund options will be provided according to the Producer’s refund policy.
- Event Postponement or Modification: If the event is rescheduled, relocated, or otherwise modified, the ticket will remain valid for the new date or venue. Customers will not be entitled to a refund unless specified in the refund policy.
- Force Majeure: The Producer shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen emergencies.
8. TICKET USAGE AND ENTRY CONDITIONS
- Personal Use: Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or duplicated unless authorized by the Producer.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets: The Producer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Customers must safeguard their tickets.
- Right to Deny Entry: The Producer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to present a valid ticket or violates event policies.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Ownership: All content, including images, text, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform, is the property of the Producer or third parties with authorization.
- Usage Restrictions: No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without express prior written consent from the Producer.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Event Experience: The Producer is responsible for organizing and delivering the event. However, the Producer does not guarantee the event’s quality, content, or any particular experience.
- Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall the Producer be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of tickets.
- Maximum Liability: The total liability of the Producer shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the ticket.
11. DATA PRIVACY AND PROTECTION
- Legal Compliance: The Producer collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (if applicable).
- Data Usage: Customers' personal data will be used to process transactions, send event updates, and provide necessary customer support.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Producer, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Unauthorized use of the ticket.
- Any misconduct or illegal activity related to the event or Platform.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- Class Action Waiver: Customers agree that any claim will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Right to Modify: Producer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Notification of Changes: Any significant changes will be communicated through the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Producer and the Customer regarding the purchase and use of tickets, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
